Do you need a shark ?

The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the waters close to Japan have not held many fish for decades. So to feed the Japanese population, fishing boats got bigger and went farther than ever. The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring in the fish. If the return trip took more than a few days, the fish were not fresh. The Japanese did not like the taste.

To solve this problem, fishing companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go farther and stay longer. However, the Japanese could taste the difference between fresh and frozen and they did not like frozen fish.
The frozen fish brought a lower price. So fishing companies installed fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After a little thrashing around, the fish stopped moving. They were tired and dull, but alive. Unfortunately, the Japanese could still taste the difference. Because the fish did not move for days, they lost their fresh-fish taste. The Japanese preferred the lively taste of fresh fish, not sluggish fish.

So how did Japanese fishing companies solve this problem? How do they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan? If you were consulting the fish industry, what would you recommend?


How Japanese Fish Stay Fresh:
To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese fishing companies still put the fish in the tanks. But now they add a small shark to each tank. The shark eats a few fish, but most of the fish arrive in a very lively state. The fish are challenged.

هل يحتاج القرش؟
اليابانيه الحب داءما الاسماك الطازجه. الا ان المياه القريبه من اليابان لم تعقد علي مدي عقود عديده من الاسماك. ذلك الغذاء الياباني السكان قوارب الصيد اصبح اكبر وذهبت ابعد من اي وقت مضي. وذهب ابعد من الصيادين ، وبعد اخذ وجلب الاسماك. ان رحله العوده استغرقت اكثر من بضعه ايام ، لم الاسماك الطازجه. اليابان لا يحبذون الطعم. لحل هذه المشكله ، وتركيب الثلاجات شركات الصيد علي المراكب. هل هم صيد وتجميد الاسماك في البحر. تجميد سمح قوارب المضي قدما والبقاء لفتره اطول. بيد ان اليابانيين قد تذوق الفرق بين الطازجه والمبرده والمجمده ولا مثل السمك. الاسماك المجمده الي انخفاض الاسعار. حتي الشركات مركب صيد الاسماك الدبابات. هل هي صيد السمك وفي الماده الدبابات وفنلندا الي فنلندا. وبعد الضربه ، ولا حول وقف السمك! لقد تعب وممل ، ولكن علي قيد الحياه. لسوء الحظ ، لا تزال الذوق الياباني الفرق. لان السمك لا تتحرك منذ ايام ، فقدت طعم السمك العذبه. اليابانيه تفضل حيه طعم السمك الطازج ، لا تباطء الاسماك. فكيف عمل شركات الصيد اليابانيه لحل هذه المشكله؟ كيف اصبح العذبه الذوق الاسماك اليابان؟ اذا كنت استشاره صيد الاسماك وماذا توصي؟ كيف اليابانيه الاسماك الطازجه الاقامه : ان يبقي الذوق الاسماك الطازجه وشركات الصيد اليابانيه ما زالت تضع السمك في الصهاريج. اما الان واضافه الي كل القرش الصغيره للدبابات. القرش ياكل السمك قليله ، ولكن معظم الاسماك وصل حيويه جدا. الاسماك تتعرض لتحد. هل ادرك ان البعض منا ايضا تعيش في البرك ولكن في معظم الاحيان تعب & ممل ، لذا نحن بحاجه الي القرش في حياتنا يبعدنا يفيق ويتحرك؟ اساسا في حياتنا القرش تحديات جديده يبعدنا نشاطا والذوق افضل... . الاكثر ذكاء وكفاءه ، واستمرار وانت تستمتع اكثر تحديا. لو التحديات حجمها الصحيح ، واذا انتم الفتح باستمرار هذه التحديات ، انتم الفاتح. ترون لكم التحديات واصبح النشاط. انت متحمس لمحاوله ايجاد حلول جديده. لك متعه. انت حي! الرجاء التفكير القرش 2006.

هل تحتاج لسمك قرش ؟

الشعب الياباني شعب محب للسمك الطازج لكن مشكلتهم والتي استمرت لعقود أن البحر القريب منهم لا يحتضن الكثير من الأسماك. كُبرت حجم مراكب الصيد وأبحرت لمسافات بعيدة أكثر من أي وقت مضى من أجل جلب الغذاء للشعب الياباني. لكن كلما زادت المسافة قلت فرصة ابقاء السمك طازجاً حيث المسافات البعيدة تجعل السمك غير طازج فطريق العودة يأخذ بضع أيام فلم يستسيغ الشعب الياباني مذاقه.
ركبت مصانع الصيد المبردات في مراكبهم لحل هذه القضية. فكانوا يصطادون الأسماك ويجمدونهم في المبردات في البحر. بهذه الطريقة تم الابحار لمسافات بعيدة ولفترة أطول. أحسوا اليابانيون بالفرق بين هذا السمك وذاك لكنهم لم بيستسيغوه مع أنه كان يباع بسعر أقل. لذلك قامت مصانع الصيد بوضع خزان لوضع الأسماك فيها ولم يعجب اليابانين طعم هذا النوع من السمك فالأسماك محشورين فيما بينهم مما منع حركتهم لأيام وأشعرهم بالتعب.

فكيف لمصانع الصيد اليابانيين حل هذه القضية؟ وكيف تبقي السمك طازجاً؟
وفو كنت مستشاراً ماذا ستقول؟

فمازال مصانع الصيد تستخدم الخزانات ولكن وضعوا قرش صغير في كل خزان حيث أنه يأكل بعض من الأسماك وأغلب الأسماك يبقون أحياء وفي حالة مفعمة بالنشاط بسبب تحديهم.
والآن هل أدرك البعض أنه يعيش في محيط أغلب وقته مفعم بالارهاق والملل؟
نحن بحاجة إلى هذا (القرش) لينشطنا فهو كالمنشط.

كلما زدت ذكاءً ومثابرة كلما استمتعت بالتحديات.
