أأمل منكم المساعدة
بخصوص اذا عملت scan
وتواجدت فيروسات بالكمبيوتر
مالعمل
بدون فرمته
وجزيتم خيرا

حاول حذف جميع الفيروسات بعد عمل البحث

ولكن يهمنا معرفة نوع برنامج مكافح الفيروسات الذي في جهازك

وإذا لم يفلح المكافح الحالي في جهازك فربما يحتاج جهازك إلى فرمتة

لأن بعض الفيروسات تكون قوية وتتمكن داخل النظام بالكمبيوتر

الغريب جزيت خير الجزاء

نوعه هو kasersky-anti-virus(6.0.1.411
هذا اللي قدرت انقله لك كأسم
وهو على شكل7 وسهم الى الاسفل اسود
وهذا جزء مما يكتشفه لي ال scan

برنامج الكاسبر من البرامج القوية والرائعة في مكافحة الفيروسات

ولكن النتائج تشير إلى وجود فيروسات كثيرة في جهازك

حاول حذف هذه الفيروسات ببرنامج الكاسبر مرة أخرى

كذلك حاول التأكد من أن مفاتيح الكاسبر حديثة يعني تأكد من تحديث البرنامج ومفاتيحه

المشكلة أن بعض الفيروسات تكون قوية وتتمكن بداخل الجهاز وبالتالي ربما يصعب حذفها

حاول حذفها بالكاسبر مرة أخرى وإن لم يلفح الكاسبر فليس أمامك سوى الفورمات
